  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix grated zucchini, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Cook patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
