Main Ingredients
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying
1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a bowl, mix grated zucchini, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Form the mixture into small patties.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Cook patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6. Serve hot.
