Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking
In a food processor, combine black beans, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and soy sauce. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
