Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a food processor, combine black beans, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and soy sauce. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
